Plenty of space
The homes, set in generously sized gardens, are carefully situated to harmonise with their idyllic surroundings; many have garages alongside. The well-surfaced roads wind attractively between the trees and open grassed areas.
Environmental Policy
We set very high environmental standards and we are deeply committed to creating and maintaining a pleasant environment for you by imaginative landscaping and design and through our long-term woodland management and tree planting schemes.
Everything you need
Warfield Park is like an old-fashioned friendly village where neighbours not only make you welcome but also keep an eye on your home when you are away. Here you can enjoy the benefits of living in a small rural community with all of life’s main necessities catered for. There is a hairdressing salon, a beauty salon, a new launderette and a community hall. |
Mature woodland
At Warfield Park you have the rare opportunity to enjoy the comfort and security of a modern and well-equipped home set in beautiful wooded parkland. Once part of Windsor Great Park, it is one of the most rural home parks in England. Its spacious grounds contain countless mature specimen trees, including the majestic Wellingtonias planted in 1860 by Lady Jane Walsh as part of an arboretum.
Wildlife
There is an abundance of all kinds of wildlife including deer, badgers, foxes, bats, squirrels, hedgehogs and a wide variety of wild birds including owls and woodpeckers. Thick, well-managed hedges provide an excellent habitat.
Services
Homes are connected to all the main services and the park has the benefit of a mains LPG supply throughout. There is a postbox and a conveniently situated public telephone although most residents have their own telephone line. Milk and mail deliveries are made to each home and refuse is collected regularly. A large supermarket is within easy reach.
Pets
Most well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to park regulations, provided they are kept under control.
