The Mallard family have taken off for a winter vacation but the Egyptian Geese have decided to stay and enjoy the amenities .at Warfield Park |

Mallard family
The whole brood of Mallards was successfully reared in their home on the park's pond and have been enjoying park life. A floating island was built for them so that they were less at risk from the local foxes. |

Egyptian Geese return
The pair of Egyptian geese which settled at Warfield Park last year have returned despite their run-in with the local fox. The gander still has a limp and that is how we recognised him! |
